2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. After checking in we returned to the front desk to ask for items and no one answered the doorbell.

The only thing I like was the staff everyone was nice. The game room was beautiful but our hotel room the shower was disgusting and the hot tub had black stuff flying out of there.
